For the beer, we leaned hard into everything we’re both loving about modern West Coast’s right now. A snappy water profile keeps things sharp while Citra and NZ Rhapzody in the whirlpool bring bright pink grapefruit. A hop dip of Citra Dynaboost builds saturation before a dry hop of Chinook, Strata and more Citra layers in depth and intensity. It pours crystal clear with a firm bitterness and punchy hop expression. Grapefruit leads, followed by peach and citrus, dank pine and subtle cannabis resin for a clean but lingering finish.
