Preluding Ascent is an experiment into showcasing the delicate, subtle notes that modern day hops can impart into a beer. Using Loral in the dry hop brings gentle floral and peppery citrus notes to the party, offset by adding Citra into the mix with additional notes of lime, grapefruit, gooseberry and orange, and finished with a fresh pitch of Polly’s bespoke LA3 strain for extra fluffiness in the mouthfeel.
