Preliminary Flex Pale Ale 5.1%

Preliminary Flex is Polly’s first dip into a beer simple enough to brew again and again, but complex enough to keep people coming back again and again. Inspired by DEYA’s Steady Rolling Man, Polly’s core beer trial pale is a simple but effective hop bill of Citra and Simcoe, with just a little bit of Cascade in the whirlpool, clean fermented with US05 yeast. The result? Probably their best and most drinkable pale ale to date.
