Celebrating a day on the slopes, Pirin balances crushability with new school hype hops to create a smashable pale ale. A three-way line up of Mosaic, Citra and Enigma hops impart tangerine, berry, redcurrant and sweet tropical notes a-plenty, before being reeled back in with citrus bitterness from a hearty addition of Mosaic in the whirlpool.
