Based on our Original Sour Beer “Acid”, this seasonal variation includes rolled wheat and lactose to provide an extra silky body, vanilla, coconut and french oak to enhance the fluffy mouthfeel and creamy flavour, and is fermented with pineapple juice for an experience that will take you back to the swim up bar at the hotel.
