Crisp, clean pilsner brewed with 100% New Zealand barley malt and Nelson Sauvin hops, then elevated with Phantasm thiol powder and our own ‘double shot’ aroma boosting co-fermentation method – naturally releasing unique, bright, fruit-forward aromatics of ripe feijoa, guava, gooseberry, and passionfruit. Yes, it’s a pilsner, but not in the traditional sense.
