A 6% India Porter layered with six varieties of roasted, crystal and chocolate malts along with Chinook and Columbus hops for flavours of coffee, molasses, cacao, pine, wood burners, Leonard Cohen’s spirit cabinet, damp cobbled Lewesian streets and spumy autumnal river banks.
