Peckham Pale APA 4.5%

Extra pale malt is blended with Munich, Vienna and a splash of Crystal malt to produce a light golden colour. Columbus hops are used for bittering and Simcoe, Equinox, Cascade and Mosaic are added progressively throughout the boil with a good wedge added at the hop-stand phase.
