Peachy Punch Hot Sauce

Peachy by name and peachy by nature this sauce is packed with Peach Ghost chillis from Cornwall. Also using some peaches to provide sweetness as well as flavour. The result is a subtly pale, but totally unsubtle sauce, which packs a well-above-average punch. Ingredients: Water, peach ghost chilli, apple cider vinegar, onion, peach, mango, agave nectar, sugar, garlic, salt, stabiliser (xanthan gum), citric acid. While every effort has been made to avoid known allergens in the preparation of this product, cross-contamination is always a possibility, albeit a remote one – Catford Fire cannot guarantee that this product is completely free of known allergens
