Patternist has gained a cult following thanks to its no-frills El Dorado and Simcoe hop bill, hopped up to the absolute nines. The Polly’s brew team reckon this is the best version to date – expect all kinds of mango, pineapple and jelly tots with just a hint of resinous pine.
