Modern, dry hopped red ales, not unlike the squirrels, are something of a dying breed, a sin as far as Howling Hops are concerned. All the juicy hop goodness of an IPA but with a lovely biscuity caramel roundness. This is a beer for beer lovers… and squirrel lovers, but mainly beer lovers.
