In this beer North are revisiting a favourite and often overlooked style, the West Coast IPA. Mother of all IPAs and where it all began. Brewed to celebrate the third instalment of the Paria Paperboy cycle race, this West Coast IPA exhibits all the classic components we have come to know and love of the style. With a trio of classic American hops in the dry hop, Citra, Mosaic and Cascade, a complex malt grist and a middle ground bitterness this IPA is super dank in aroma, silky smooth in mouthfeel and a tropical feast in flavour.
