PARABOLIC 2026 | Imperial Tiramisu

Imperial Tiramisu Stout8.0% ABV | 473ml Vanilla bean, Café Mocha, Milk Chocolate Last year’s stout was so popular we decided we had to make another one to celebrate! Having an awesome neighbour in @DelavoyeChocolate we wanted to riff on a classic dessert, tiramisu. We opted for a fairly complex malt bill that uses some of the best Alberta has to offer with @RedShedMalting Chocolate Malt & Roasted Barley and supporting roles from @HogarthMalt Honey Malt with a plethora of flaked oats. Then to make things interesting we hit this one with loads of @DelavoyeChocolate Single-Origin Cacao Nibs, Vanilla Beans, Espresso, Lady Fingers, & Milk Sugar to bring the classic tiramisu vibes. – Irrational Brewing Company
