With a mostly-Australian malt bill featuring Munich malt from Riverina�s Voyager Craft Maltings, a specialty crystal malt from NZ�s Gladfield created in collaboration with a Melbourne brewer for Red IPA plus a fair dose of rolled and malted wheat, the beer has a luscious malt body with fresh baked biscuits, bread crust, Milo and berries. A blend of Australian and modern German hops provide tropical fruit, herbal and berry notes, while the original London Ale yeast provides subtle cherry esters, a distinct minerality and the rich malt body to shine. We think of it as a Strong Pacific Red Ale and reckon it�s the perfect celebration of malt, hops and yeast and something we can proudly call Australian.
