This is the first release in a new Beak series celebrating those determined to chart their own course within the world of beer. This ESB has been produced in collaboration with Alyston Upshaw III from Philadelphia’s Concrete Blues. A bumped-up version of Al’s legendary 3.5% “pub ale”, Alyston’s Ordinary, this ESB was brewed with Maris Otter along with Chinook and English-grown Ernest hops for notes of apricot, orange, pine and heather honey.
