Blend #31 Season 2018/19 3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze is a blend of one-, two-, and three-year old lambics. Spontaneous fermentation, patient maturation in oak barrels, and continued evolution of the ecosystem in the bottle result in a distinctively complex and elegant natural beer. This specific Oude Geuze was blended with lambic from 7 different barrels and coming from 7 different brews. The old lambic in this blend is about 45% and the weighted average of this blend is 21 months at the time of bottling
