Pilsner – Other | 5.2% ABV Commercial Description: Our Yuzu Pilsner is brewed with Pilsner & CaraPils malts using a step infusion mash. The yuzu juice is added during the boil alongside the aroma hops. After the boil it rests in our copper coolship for 1 hour prior to undergoing a cool open fermentation using a classic lager yeast.
