Nocturne ’24/25

For this small batch of Nocturne, we blended three different millésimes of this once-in-a-year brew. Around the coldest of nights, we then brew a dark pure malt beer that we ferment and mature on our oak lambik barrels. While blending a very old portion – in this case, both six-year-old (46%) and three-year old versions (44%) – with a fresh brew, we make it our version of a Vlaams Oud-Bruin. The weighted average age of this blend is more than 51 months.
