A harmonious blend of our traditional cherry lambic with a natural wine made from Muscat Bleu from Wijndomein Hoenshof. The Muscat grape underwent a three-day cold maceration, followed by a gentle pressing, spontaneous fermentation, and maturation in cuvee.
