Murmurations DDH Pale Ale 5.5%

Murmurations features a technique known as « hop bursting »; multi-layering the whirlpool hops to accentuate his dry hop bill of Mosaic, Simcoe, Azacca and Enigma. Gradually adding a small amount of Mosaic at 100 degrees, before dropping the whirlpool down to 87 degrees and adding his main whirlpool addition of Simcoe, the result is that each individual varietal is distinguishable throughout – possibly Polly’s most crushable DDH Pale yet.
