Chalky – Tropical – Dry This is an amazingly aromatic single vineyard Muller Thurgau – minerally, chalky, dry with tropical notes of pineapple and the lightest touch of musky funk reminiscent of our favourite sour beers! The 2019 harvest gave smaller yields but exceptional quality. Grapes were pressed directly and transferred to large German oak barrels for nine months before bottling. Maybe the oldest Müller-Thurgau you can drink, from 60 year old vines. Farmed organically with some biodynamic principals. Grape: Muller Thurgau
