Mosaic Simcoe Pale Ale 5.5%

Very much like Polly’s pairing of Citra and Ekuanot, they’ve been scaling up their pairing of Mosaic and Simcoe from a kick-ass pale, to a double dry-hopped IPA with some serious sass, all the way up to a mean and mighty DIPA. They’re bringing it back down to a more sessionable strength this time around all the while keeping that intense flavour profile of its bigger brothers. Like Lilt for grown ups, this beer is straight up juicy naughtiness that is perfect for sessioning and sharing good times with pals.
