Moruga Mashup Trinidad Scorpion & Banana Chilli Sauce

Made from yellow Trinidad Moruga Scorpion and banana for a great level of sweetness and subtle flavour. You don’t taste the banana (that would be weird), but it does an important job. A touch of ginger works a treat here as well, but overall, this is deceptively hot – don’t let the yellowness fool you.
