Baltic Porter is a style we delight in drinking during the winter months. Delicious, deep malt flavours fill us with warmth and there’s a smooth drinkability that keeps us coming back for more. Born in the Baltic states, it was originally created as a nod to the strong Porters and Imperial Stouts imported from Britain but was given a regional twist through a cold fermentation using Lager yeast. Full-bodied but never heavy, it combines luscious dark fruit flavours with toffee, chocolate, roasty coffee and a light smokiness.
