A reserved 5kg dry hop addition of Sabro – bringing coconut, lime, and ripe tangerine notes – pairs up with a hefty 20kg of Citra to meld perfectly with its old school citrus notes. Polly’s bespoke LA3 yeast strain with the Sabro means the opaqueness of this beer is off the chart; looking and tasting more like a breakfast juice than a beer. Thick, juicy, pulpy, and straight up delicious.
