Ale brewed with Hobbs family rose hips, Peppercorns and fresh Orange peel. Dry Hopped in a foudre with Mosaic Hops. Triple Fermented – First aged in French Oak foudres with a saison yeast, Second in french oak Pinot Noir barrels with brett, and finally in the bottle with wine yeast for natural carbonation – Mosaic Dry Hopped Version.
