Long Way Home

Long Way Home a farmhouse ale brewed August 2021 in collaboration with Keuka Lake Vineyards using all NY ingredients and native yeast harvested from the vineyard. It was racked into used Blaufränkisch barrels and allowed to ferment for four months. It was then racked on this vintage’s Blaufränkisch pomace for ten days, then bottle conditioned for three months.
