Elderflower – Peach – Pear The Binner domaine in Ammerschwihr, Alsace, has been passed down through the family from father to son since 1770, and is entirely a family-run business with Christian’s mother, father and sister all working together. This exquisite natural wine is made from biodynamically grown grapes cultivated on granite soils, harvested by hand and direct pressed, followed by spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. After aging for 11 months, the wine is bottled unfined with only a small addition of sulphur. You’ll find notes of elderflower, apple, white peach, asian pear and passion fruit.
