When brewing this beer, the Polly’s team upped the mash temperature ever so slightly, meaning they’ve been able to draw out more long sugar from the grain bill, resulting in a slightly higher starting gravity and a marginally sweeter finished beer. Paired up with a medley of new school hype-hops in Talus, Galaxy, Mosaic and a final lashing of Citra for good measure, you can expect to find gooseberries, pulpy tangerine, mango and papaya, backed up with a massive silky mouthfeel.
