Lagerbier Unfiltered 5%

This unfiltered amber lager has a spicy, herbal aroma and balanced hop notes. It has a long history – in the past, any farmer with a brewing licence could have his own beer brewed by the Hofmann brewery using his own homegrown barley and hops. This beer would then be matured and stored in the farm’s rock cellars and primarily consumed in the summer, during harvest, or directly in the cellar from a cool stone mug.
