Knotted Root/Crooked Stave Cooperative Design

IPA – Sour | 8% ABV Commercial Description: “Cooperative Design” is an Unfiltered Sour DIPA brewed with milk sugar, Golden Naked Oats, and white wheat. Made in collaboration with our friends @crookedstave, we fruited this dense creation with raspberry, strawberry, mango, and a touch of passionfruit. We then added a hefty dry hop of Freestyle Waimea, Wai-iti, and Peacharine, and finally, conditioned this « Design » on Madagascar vanilla beans and chamomile. Usually, we would say « think this » or « think that, » but we honestly don’t know. Let’s find out together.
