Wheat Beer – Hefeweizen | 4.85% ABV Commercial Description: The Isarweizen is the only regular ale we make at Heater Allen. The recipe came to us via Lisa Allen’s college roommate, Sarah Forga, who spent time brewing in Munich. This is a very traditional Bavarian Hefeweizen with notes of banana in the nose and a flavor of cloves and other spices. This is our summer seasonal and is typically available May through August.
