This is a celebration of everything about the past, present and future of US hops. Featuring El Dorado for some current new school pineapple and mango notes, everybody’s favourite newest mega hype hop Sabro for creamy, coconut, tropical pina colada notes for good measure, and a lashing of old school pillar Comet for a little bit of classic Polly’s bite.
