Sour – Fruited Berliner Weisse | 4% ABV Commercial Description: Brewes in collaboration with the Brewserker and The Yeastie Boys, this beer pours the color of pink lemonade with a thin head. Tart ans refreshing with subtle notes of fruit on the pallet – this beer is perfect for sitting on the stoop, the beach patio. Brewed with Pils vienna malt. Soured overnight in our kettle with lactobacillus, then boiked and fermented with American Ale yeast. Raspberry added during the fermentation and fresh lemon zest added immediately prior to packaging.
