Holy Goat Honeyfang Golden Sour 8%

This mixed fermentation golden sour with honeyberries has been blended from two batches of golden sour beer, both primary fermented with different Brettanomyces strains and brewed with locally grown malted barley, wheat and oats. This blend has an average age of three months and provides citrus and stone fruit aromatics. It was conditioned on more than 200g/l of locally grown Scottish honeyberries, a type of honeysuckle that has been described as blueberries on steroids.
