Holy Goat Dragonaut Tropical Sour with Dragonfruit and Lime 6.4%

This blended golden sour ale was fermented with Holy Goat’s most tropical Brettanomyces yeast which produces passionfruit and mango esters and a subtle but growing funk. The brew team refermented and conditioned this base beer on Vietnamese pink dragonfruit and Brazilian limes. The Dragonfruit provides an almost unbelievable natural neon pink colour to this beer, and flavour-wise a slightly subdued melon/kiwi fruit character.
