Holy Goat Citrus Crusher Winter Harvest 2021 Fruited Sour 6.2%

Holy Goat brewed this golden sour with a heritage malt called Scotch Common, grown and malted by Crafty Maltsters in Auchtermuchty, Fife. It was fermented with a mixed culture and aged for around three months, before being transferred onto 250l of blood orange and clementine juice, with an additional 50kg of whole fruit, which were zested, pulped, and juiced by hand.The citrus fruits were freshly picked from the winter harvest of Italian organic producers (Cooperativa I Fruitti del Sole & Oroverde).
