Holy Goat Astral Destiny Barrel Aged Sour 6%

This beer contains a 60/40 blend of golden sour ale fermented with Holy Goat’s Goat Wizard house culture which was aged for three months in stainless steel. This was blended with a golden sour ale aged in oak wine barrels for two years, originally brewed by Fierce Brewing in Aberdeen. The blended beer was refermented and aged on 300g/l of whole Scottish raspberries (Cascade varietal) from Pittormie Fruit Farm, located seven miles from the brewery.
