Saison Hiver has been brewed to a strength suitable for the cold winter days. Made with pilsner, Vienna, Munich malts and a touch of spelt, noble hops and a subtle spice addition. Fermented with our house saison strain and then dry hopped. Pull up a chair, get cozy and enjoy this beer.
