The particularly special taste of Benediktiner Hell is delicately effervescent, malty sweet with gentle notes of hops, notes of fruitiness and aromatic herbs. An intensely enjoyable taste! TASTING Bright, full-flavoured beer with an effervescent and intense character. Appearance: Golden yellow, crystal-clear and bright, with a white foam head with extra-fine bubbles. Aroma: Delicate fragrance full of sweet, fruity and bittersweet aromas, including light honey, ripe cereal grains, yellow apples and hops. Flavour: Delicately effervescent in character, the malty sweetness and gentle notes of hops create a special mouthfeel and a pleasantly hoppy aftertaste. Fruity notes of apples and hints aromatic mountain herbs make the flavour all the more intense.
