Hefe-Weizen 5.3%

Farny Hefe-Weizen has been brewed at the Farny brewery using original bottle fermentation since the 1970s – this means the last fermentation takes place directly in the bottle, a more complex process than the so-called one-tank process. You will recognise it immediately by the way the yeast forms a fine sediment, which is poured into the glass with the last sip of the contents of the bottle, or shake slightly for haze throughout.
