Haunt Double IPA 8.2%

A Strata and Ekuanot assault so intense it’ll spoop ye if you’re not careful. This DIPA features London Fog yeast and crams in 24g/L of a two step addition of Strata and Ekuanot. This is very much a Strata lean with just enough low end from those gobstoppery/bell pepper Ekuanots to prop up that Strata gooseberry intense passionfruit candy kick. It rides the juice hard and still rocks low bitterness and a rocky foam that’ll go all day.
