Hatchet Sour 6%

This tart saison has been bolstered with rye and Munich malts to add a peppery-spiced complexity. The generous addition of sweet cherry into the fermenter gives the saison a jammy sweetness which is balanced with the tannic and subtle vanilla notes from the cherry wood chips.
