Harlen – 3.8%

« Brewed with a simple but powerful grain bill of Genie Pils and Sonora White Wheat from our friends @lincmalt and hopped with Saaz, Harlen is light and lean but with a silky mouthfeel thanks to the wheat. We lagered the beer in the foeder with our mixed culture for over a month before packaging, where it then naturally conditioned in the can. Bright, refreshing, and with a touch of palate-cleansing bitterness in the finish, this is exactly the kind of beer we want to be drinking to welcome the warmer weather that’s just around the corner (or so we hope!) »
