Gypsy Fruits Sour 5.7% 2019

Gypsy Fruits is a grapefruited version of Gypsy Funk, a beer 8 Wired did a few years ago. It’s a sour beer that was aged in barrels for two years before a large amount of local organic grapefruit was added. Then it was aged for another three months, blended and dry hopped heavily. It’s very grapefruity and since real grapefruit (not extract) was used, it has the characteristic bitterness of the fruit as well, not just the flavour. Super-zesty!
