Gueuze

Vintage may vary from photo. Cantillon Gueuze is a blend of lambics produced during different years, made using lambic from 3 different years. The young lambic, at one year old, provides sugar for the second fermentation in the bottle while the 3-year-old lambic gives the flavor. Once bottled, the beer rests on its side for a year until it becomes sparkling, thus a Gueuze.
