Steven at Catford Fire has always been a fan of Valentina Sauces (as are we!), with their delicious hallmarks of zestiness and salt. This is a tribute, with loads of milder green chillis and a good amount of hand-squeezed fresh lime juice bringing a little bit of punch, and a lot of zing. Ingredients: Water, green chilli, apple cider vinegar, onion, pineapple, mango, agave nectar, lime juice, garlic, salt, stabiliser (xanthan gum).
