Greengage

A blend of three barrels fermented with our house culture before being aged for six months on British greengages. This beer is subtle and elegant with floral, plum and white wine notes. Refreshing and spritzy carbonation along with fruity minerality bring a champagne-like quality. Top notes of vanilla and marzipan lead into a tannic finish with layers of fruity funk.
