Ghost Note Nectarine 6%

In this version of Ghost Note Preserves we have doubled the fruit added to our Farmhouse style ale brewed with a hint of spelt. The spelt not only adds more to the body of the beer but the yeast reacts differently to the grain as opposed to barley. We then doubled the fresh, whole fruit at about four pounds per gallon of base beer to create a fruit forward version of Ghost Note.
