Meet Geuzette, our “baby geuze”. Neither a true lambic, nor a fully mature geuze, it’s a bit of both. A blend of microbes fermented in former Sauvignon Blanc barrels of French oak for no less than 18 months. We’ve given it time and patience, and accordingly this beer will pay it forward. So pop this open, savor the moment, and enjoy the subtle earthy funk and the crisp acidity of this nuanced yet quaffable sour beer. Ultimately, you will come to know the truth of the matter: nobody puts “baby geuze” in the corner. SRM 3.5 IBU 4 ABV 5.6%
